Psychodynamic Counsellor

I am a professional counsellor working in Borough High Street, London Bridge near both the city of London SE1 and the centre of London. My practice is in Southwark near Newington, city of Lambeth and Bermondsey.

I am an experienced, registered psychodynamic therapist. I offer one-to-one therapy, either for time limited or open ended counselling.

From my own personal experience, talking through difficult feelings and examining them with an engaging practitioner, in a non-judgemental and empathic environment, can be of real help.

I have undergone in depth training with WPF Therapy, at London Bridge, Southwark and I am a professional member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), The British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC) for which I am Joint Chair of the Counsellors' Section.

My counselling model is psychodynamic. This approach is based on the notion that past experiences may have had an important influence on the way in which we experience our life in the present.
